You may search by Service Order number, address (street number and/or name), and/or your LCEC account number.
Builders: You may enter just your LCEC account number to find all Service Orders under that account.
You may enter a partial address. Search results will include all records that contain the exact value you type in.
Search results will include any open Service Orders that meet the search criteria, as well as up to 75 Service Orders that meet the criteria that were completed within the last 12 months.
To sort the search results, click on the three bars in the column header.
To filter the search results, type or select the value you desire in the blank horizontal line below the column name.
If there is a date in the Service Standard Date column, your job will be completed on or before that date.
If there is a date in the Expected Date of Service column, your job was previously delayed and it will be worked on or before that date.
The Job Status "In Progress" means the job is in the schedule and will be worked as soon as possible.

Due to global supply chain issues new service requests may possibly be delayed. Disruptions in raw materials and equipment supplies are currently impacting the ability to provide some services.
Impacted customers will be notified if their service request will be delayed due to supply chain shortages.
Suppliers are unable to provide exact delivery dates for inventory and LCEC will not have the ability to predict when inventory levels will reach normal levels. Supply chain challenges are expected to extend through 2025. New construction delays of 4 to 6 weeks are expected to last through 2025.
